GIO'S WORKOUT TIP OF THE MONTH:
HAPPY NEW YEAR! So the tip of the month has to relate to New Years resolutions. IF it is to be healthy or to get fit than listen up! FIRST off to lose one pound of fat in one week, you must burn 3500 calories. People who workout can burn about 200 to 300 calories in an hour if you do that 3 times a week that will equal about 600 to 900 calories. That's nowhere near 3500 calories. Sorry but it's in the numbers!! SECONDLY if you eat more calories than what your caloric intake should be... it stores as fat. Again it's in the numbers!! Conclusion you must have a complete understanding of calories in and calories out to get the results you want.
